This was a good farm experience. We went as a group, and there are many farm animals that the kids get hands on experience with. They also get to milk a cow here. There is a big picnick area so bring your own lunch, though there is a small concession stand. The playground is also very big and nice for the kids to get some energy out. We also took a hay ride with the group and got to see some more cows up close. I do have to say one thing that I did not like was that they allow and encourage the kids to chase and catch up the chickens and ducks. I can not see how this is good for the animals.
I think my daughters highlight was milking the cow and riding a pony.

This is a nice field trip to take during a unit on Farms. It is about a 3-4 hour field trip with a petting area, pony ride, milking a cow, a hayride, and a guided tour. There are cats and dogs running around so be careful if your child has allergies. In the Fall they have a pumpkin patch and each person picks one to take home. In the Spring there is an Easter egg hunt and a butterfly farm (new as of 2012) - check their website for exact dates. I believe they also do something at Christmastime. Overall, this is a nice morning or afternoon adventure for your little one to enjoy (and probably your older ones, too if they like farms!).

The Farm Experience, I would rate a very good. I have been there with a group and iwth only family. There are difference farm animals and some hands on experiences, from milking a cow to riding a pony. This experience will work well with any age (even the parents will have fun).

Coming from WI (land of farms) this didn't impress me. We were shuttled as a group (although we came solo) from place to place, because of the few staff members. Even if we wanted to spend more time in one location we were required to move along with the group. It is really over priced but if your kids haven't been on a farm it's ok for the group price.
