There is so much to learn at ECHO! They have some of the most innovative ideas for growing food in the strangest of places. There are all different kinds a flora that they experiment with to feed people all over the world. After leaving you will have to look up the places you heard about, which will have you all over the globe. It is a place that will make you think. If you are lucky you will leave with a seed for an extremely fast growing tree that has edible high-protein leaves. Don't forget to take a bottle of water and bug spray with you!

Great place for a field trip. The staff was wonderful, we really enjoyed the tour. Very educational, full of new ideas. We learned to plant in new creative ways and we learned that we can eat plants we have in our own yard that we thought were just weeds, now we make tea!
