 | | Dawn G., Co-op Member | | Great assortment of houses and buildings along Heritage street reflective of different times in the history of the state. Also fun at Christmas to see each house decorated according to the period it was built so to look as authentic as popssible. All houses are always displayed with period specific decor and appliances, as well as information posted in each regarding state and world events happening during that time frame. The museum is very informative about the area even prior to the time it was settled. The staff is very knowledgeable about local history. The museum also offers special events throughout the year as well. |
