This is an amazing field trip, it is located in the beaches of Biscayne in Miami,Florida. It is all the way at the end of the key, there is plenty of parking, clean bathrooms and changing cabanas, it's basically a beach, beautiful trees a wooden walkway to get from the parking to the beach, you could also arrange for a lighthouse field trip, they will tell you about the history of the lighthouse, and if they can take you out to the lighthouse and go up ! It is quite a great learning experience.
What makes this place so memorable for me and my family is that we also got baptized right here in the ocean, amazing !!!!

My family visited Bill Baggs for Easter. It was quite pleasant. The children and I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and had loads of fun. It was also great to learn more about the history of the lighthouse. The only complaint I have was that there was no cellular service (which was good and bad). No cellular service allowed us to put down our devices and focus on having family fun but also hindered me from contacting the other people we were meeting.
